RENOVATION

At LB architects we believe that an old building shell can be "reborn" through the modern, but also the timeless demands of architecture. Analysing the architectural features of the existing shell, separating the positive from the negative, we adapt the design in order to optimize the architectural result, always utilizing the urban planning legislation. For us, the renovation is a process of real transformation of the building, aiming each project to obtain a new architectural identity, while maximizing its commerciality.
